Location: Airside (after Passport Control), and lounges can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card
Directions :Servisair Terminal 1: After Passport Control, turn left and take the stairs or lift to the floor above. The lounge is signposted.
Servisair Terminal 2: After Passport Control, turn left and take stairs or lift to the floor above. The lounge is signposted.
Escape Terminal 1: When you exit Biza (duty free), follow the corridor to the side of Dixons, on the left-hand side of the concourse. This signposted route will take you straight to the Escape Lounge on the upper level.
Escape Terminal 2: in the departure lounge the stairs to the Escape Lounge are immediately opposite gate 208. Lift access is also available opposite gate 209.
Opening times: Servisair Terminal 1: 04.00 - 20:00; Servisair Terminal 2: 04:00 - 19:30 Mon - Fri, 16:30 on Saturdays & 18:30 on Sundays; Escape Terminal 1: 05:00 - 20:30; Escape Terminal 2: 05:00 - 19:30; Escape Terminal 3: 05:30 - 20:00 (except Saturday when it closes at 13:00)
Arrival before booked time: You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.
Dress code: All airport lounges have a smart casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expect reasonable behaviour from all guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
Children? Servisair Terminal 1 / 2: Those over 12 are charged as an adult; Escape Terminal 1 / 2 / 3: accept children aged between 6 - 11 years old into the lounge (subject to charge). Those over 12 are charged as an adult.
Flight announcements? Flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
Facilities in the lounge: TV, Flight Information, Newspapers, Magazines, Payphone, Fax, WiFi. Complementary snacks (biscuits / crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the airport lounge. There is a charge for champagne.
