You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.

Holideck has no formal dress code.

Yes, children of all ages are particularly welcome. NB The Upper Deck does not permit children under 16 years.

All airport lounges have flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.

Internet access, telephone, fax, Sky TV, music listening posts, video games, children's play tables. A glazed observatory provides panoramic views of the runways. Complementary snacks (biscuits / crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the airport lounge. There is a charge for champagne.
