Birmingham Airport Parking

1. To get the cheapest parking you will need to book in advance, which will typically save you between £5 - £15 a week, but at peak times can save you up to £40 a week.
2. Always compare off-site and on-site parking. 'Off-site' car parks (rather than 'official' car parks) are normally cheaper, but you should allow a little extra time to get from the car park to the airport terminal, as these car parks are usually further away from the airport.
3. If you are travelling to the airport from further a field, consider staying overnight at a Birmingham airport hotel. An overnight stay in a double room at an airport hotel for £60 including 2 weeks car parking for 'free' is cheaper than most car parks! 4. * Be aware that you will normally pay for 8 days parking on a 7-day holiday and for 15 days on a 14-day holiday. You are charged for each 24-hour period, or part thereof. Your return flight to the UK normally gets you back later than your outward flight. So if you drop your car off at 06:30 on a Friday, and pick it up at 10:00 the next Friday, you pay for 8 days parking. 'Foul' you cry, as do we, but all the airport car parks do this.
