British Airways has announced an expansion of its services to Uganda this winter. The airline will operate two additional flights between Entebbe and Heathrow from the end of October, bringing to 5 the number of flights per week.
The flights, which operate each Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday thorughout the winter, putting BA on a par with KLM and Brussels Airlines, who have had rapid growth of their services between Europe from Uganda in recent years. BA commercial manager for Uganda Faith Chaitezvi said the increased flights demonstrates the confidence the airline has in Uganda.
